We have teamed up ESO logistics and DX couriers to provide safe, secure and professional overnight delivery of your new Koi. Our normal delivery day is THURSDAY, if this cannot be arranged to suit you we may be able to arrange a different day .

Off season deliveries and fish holding service
Fish can be purchased now and held with us free of charge until April 11th. While temperatures remain stable we will continue to ship if safe for the fish. All options will be discussed with you the customer and suitable arrangements to suit all will be made.
Arranging Delivery of your new fish after purchase
Once we have received your order a member of our team will contact you to arrange a specified delivery date, Our normal delivery day is THURSDAY, you can then arrange for someone to be there to receive your order. Our couriers will only deliver live fish to the delivery address provided by the customer. They cannot leave them with a neighbour and if no one is in they will not leave the parcel safe. If the couriers attempt to deliver and no one is in to receive them the order may be returned to us, in which case you may have to pay the delivery charge again to receive the order.
Shipping of your new koi
Our koi are sent out to you on an overnight delivery service and will usually be with you within 24 hours of packing. For example if you are expecting a delivery on Thursday, your koi will be bagged and boxed up on the Wednesday morning/afternoon, collected by the couriers, and then delivered to you on Thursday Pre 1pm. The koi will be double bagged, with pure oxygen, and boxed. We purposly set low figures as to the maximum numbers of fish in a bag to ensure the minimum stress on the fish. All orders packed with enough oxygen to travel for a minimum of 48 hours.
Packaging and sustainability
Here at EcoSystem Koi we try our utmost to run an environmentally friendly and sustainable business. We often re-use shipping boxes and packaging materials, we use solar power on site to run as much of our equipment as we can and use energy efficient equipment where ever possible.
